This roof is badly rusted, but not as far as pitting yet, so with the rust converter applied in the second photo, this will stop moisture and the air getting to the rust which will dramatically slow down that process, allowing us to apply the rust inhibiting primer and full membrane system either in a new colour, or the full heat reflective system giving it another 25-30 years of life.

This commercial roof was in great need of major repairs or possibly a full roof replacement, but the cost to replace was well past excessive. What was performed was complete penetration repairs across the two main roofs, followed by a specialised rust converting primer coat system that completely reversed the rusting process. The final coating system was an elastomeric protective sealer membrane system that will give this client a minimum of 10 years before they need to worry about leaks and rust again.

This new concrete roof needed a waterproof membrane, but also, the client wanted to reduce the heat build up to create a passive energy space using little to no additional cooling/heating. With the full SolaCoat heat reflective waterproof membrane, he achieved just that, a 15 year system that has a reduced surface temperature of up to 30' celcius on hot days, plus the concrete itself is protected internally from all of the common issues that are connected with exposed concrete. A great outcome.

This 40 year old roof was looking very dirty and tired, so after a good heavy pressure washing blast we were able to reinstate the pointing and add the primer and a top coat of the SolaCoat Charcoal heat reflective membrane system.

Traditionally this shade of charcoal would absorb almost all of the solar heat hitting the surface, creating a heat island effect hovering above the roof, but with the SolaCoat Charcoal colour, we are reflecting almost 30% of that solar heat, so if the colour needs to be dark, you might as well keep your roof cavity 30% cooler as well!!

This lovely old home in Hampton Victoria has a beautiful high internal roof, but it was very hot and starting to corrode being close to the beach. The tech screws were all replaced, roof skylight fully rebuilt, cleaned and prepared, followed by primer and 2 top coats of the SolaCoat Cream which is 84% heat reflection and 15 years minimum of no maintenance.
